Getting To Livigno
We
would like to say that to arrive in Livigno is a simple matter, but,
alas it is not. One would most
likely be approaching from
Switzerland or Austria
In either case the tunnel from Switzerland is
your best bet. Once through that (there is a toll) you are home
free. It is also possible to get to Livigno from Bormio by private
car. Of course there is a bus; we just don’t know the timetable from
each country. And no.

Skiing and
winter sports in Livigno
To appreciate
the real evolvement of Livigno from a long, basically ugly town with skiing on
both sides to the ski resort it is today requires that you make a visit to
this Italian resort. The skiing is mainly divided into two sides, the Italian
and the Swiss. Both are in Italy mind but one side is closer to Switzerland
than the other. More
